Mega Thumb Deathmatch is a very strange 3D fighting game, since you control a thumb instead of a fighter. The combat, instead of being the classic confrontation where you exchange punches and kicks with your opponent, will be plain old thumb wrestling.

This means, the game's buttons won't let you do strong, medium, and weak attacks; instead, you'll have four buttons: one for approaching, another for moving away, one for leaning your thumb forward, and another for leaning backwards.

Using these controls, your objective is clear: try to capture your opponent's thumb. Then, the strength bar will appear on the screen and your opponent will have a chance to get out of your hold.

In addition to the combat system, Mega Thumb Deathmatch includes a thumb editor that lets you customize your avatar. This way you'll be able to give your thumb practically any look you want.
